Information on the processing of personal data

We would like to inform you that we, FLOWAIR Sp. z o. o. based in Gdynia, ul. Chwaszczyńska 135, 81-571 Gdynia, info@flowair.pl, tel. +48 58 627 57 20), we are the administrator of your personal data.

Pursuant to Art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection) "GDPR", we would like to inform you that:

  1. In matters related to the processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you can contact us via e-mail: rodo@flowair.pl and directly to the Administrator's address indicated above.
  2. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of:
  • presenting the offer, concluding and implementing contracts and orders, in particular in connection with business correspondence (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
  • in order to issue and transmit invoices, keep accounting books and tax documentation, fulfilling the legal obligations of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);
  • w sprawach dochodzenia roszczeń z tytułu prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej, obrony przed tymi roszczeniami, a także marketingu bezpośredniego własnych produktów i usług, w ramach prawnie uzasadnionego interesu administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO),
  • in order to carry out the recruitment process, pursuant to labor law provisions (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR). Data not required by law, provided by you in the documents sent, will be processed on the basis of consent, which will be considered as their transfer (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Additionally, your personal data may be processed in connection with future recruitment processes, based on your separate consent.
  • in the event of consent to the transmission of marketing content to your telephone number and/or e-mail address (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
  1. The recipients of your personal data may only be entities that are entitled to receive them under the law. In addition, your data may be made available to the following categories of data recipients (entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator) partners (e.g. agents, representatives), companies providing legal, accounting and HR assistance, telecommunications entrepreneurs, banks, postal operators, carriers, archiving documents.
  2. For recruitment purposes, in the scope of information indicated in the advertisement as necessary, in accordance with the Labor Code - providing data is mandatory and necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Failure to provide them may prevent you from participating in the recruitment process. Providing data other than those indicated as required in the advertisement does not affect the recruitment process and is not necessary.
  3. Your personal data collected for recruitment purposes will be stored for a period of 3 months after the end of the recruitment process.   If you consent to the processing of your data for further recruitment purposes, it will be further processed.
  4. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, and then for the period indicated by tax and accounting regulations. In connection with pursuing claims, data may be stored until the statute of limitations expires. Data obtained on the basis of consent are stored until the consent is withdrawn.
  5. You have the right to request the administrator to access your personal data and rectify it. You also have the right to request deletion or restriction of processing, as well as to object to processing, but only if further processing is not necessary for the Administrator to fulfill a legal obligation and there are no other overriding legal grounds for processing.
  6. You may withdraw your consent at any time, but this will not affect the processing that took place before the consent was withdrawn.
  7. The rights listed in points 5 and 6 above can be exercised, among others: by contacting the e-mail address provided in point 1, or the address of the Administrator's registered office with the note: "Personal data protection".
  8. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your data by the Administrator to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
    Your data will not be made available to third countries or international organizations.
  9. Your data will not be subject to profiling or automated decision-making.
  10. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, if you do not provide them, it will not be possible to achieve the processing purposes related to the implementation of the contract, recruitment or issuing an invoice. Providing data for marketing purposes is voluntary, and failure to provide data, including failure to express consent, does not affect the manner of achieving other processing purposes.
